Pablo Secaira, a distinguished filmmaker and Cinematographer, was born in Guaranda in 1986. His reputation in the cinematographic realm is founded on a unique blend of visual and narrative creativity. His groundbreaking documentary "Ozogoche" had its world premiere at the prestigious Dutch film festival IDFA Luminous, setting a remarkable standard in the realm of documentary filmmaking. He further honed his craft by working on music videos for renowned artists. His noteworthy creation, "Huellas, el viaje de la mujer pájaro," a collaborative project with the Museo de Arte Precolombino Casa del Alabado, has found recognition in various European countries. Presently, Pablo ventures into uncharted territory with "Elías," his latest experimental short film. He is the founder of Elena Lab, a laboratory dedicated to cinematic experimentation, reinvigorating analog still and moving image materials.
